Classic pecan pie with gooey sweet filling & crunchy toasted pecans in a flaky crust. Pie is frozen at pick up. On the day you plan to serve the pie, pull the pie out of the freezer and let thaw, then put in the oven at 325 Fahrenheit for about 10 - 12 minutes. The goal is not to add color, just to warm and re-crisp.
